ITS THAT TIME OF YEAR...

It started over a week ago with Bryson. 5 days with a high fever. At one point reaching 105 degrees...scary.
So, we have been enjoying:
*a visit to the doctor
*every 4 hours rotating Tylonol and Motrin
*many baths
*very little food
*lots of liquid
*lots of resting
*lots of tv/movies
*car rides to get out of the house
To hit off the sick days Bryson pulled out another tooth!! YEA 3 for 3. Me being the understanding mom with patience was on his case the last 2 days he was sick to pull out this tooth that was snaggle/hanging from one side. At one point I said,"Bryson please let me try once, and if it doesn't come out I won't talk anymore about your tooth." Bryson responds in frustration and I am sure out of desperation to relax,"Don't touch me or I will kick you."
Finally after 2 days of no fever Bryson was able to go back to school now its catch up time with 3 days of missed school work...fun, especially since it usually takes us an hour for 1 days homework.
3 Days after Bryson is all better...Kellen gets a fever
Kellen is so much like Tyler in so many ways including his inability to sit for very long without going crazy. So its been almost 4 days and in between doses of medicine he feels GREAT and desperatly wants to go somewhere and do something. Poor little guy hopefully he is past the worst of it all, escpecially for my sanity.
In the middle of the night last night Griffin comes in our room saying, "mommy my head hurts". Yea! Griffin now has a fever too:) Here we go...
Hopefully we can get it all over before the holidays!
"Come see... I cut it"
After having 3 boys, this is our 1st...self hair cut.
Tyler has a beard trimmer that he has never used and I was tired of it sitting on our bathroom counter so I put it the drawer, who would have guessed it was charged enough for one hair cut.
Then this morning I asked Griffin,"what happened to your hair?" He says,"I cut it." and then jumps off my lap running out of the room, I follow him wondering where he would be going in such a hurry, by the time I got there he had grabbed Tyler's razor and shaved his head in the exact same spot to the skin and nicked himself. Looks like we will be finding a new home for the trimmer and razor! Thank goodness he is a boy.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN
Friday, October 31st
Trick-or-Treating at Grandma and Papa Mills' with the Mills cousins
(Jensen and Layton couldn't make it)
Later that night we went to the Haunted Corn Maze...
Tammy and Doug kept Griffin, Mia and Jack so we could all go;
it was very good. Tyler and I ended up carrying
Bryson and Kellen the whole way,
but by the next day they were both begging to go again.

Thursday night was our good ol' ward trunk-or-treat
when we got there Griffin was kinda cranky and didn't want to walk, but as soon as he started getting candy he started opening it and eating it. With in a few minutes he was literally jumping everywhere and as happy as can be.
After the ward trunk-or-treat we headed off to
Grammie and Papa Anderson's house to trick or treat!
They had giganitic candy bars for all the grandkids...
as soon as Griffin got ahold of his he was chowing down.
We had the cutest mini-police-squad and a dirt-bike rider!
